The shed were asked if they could make two bespoke benches for the public to rest their weary bodies on. They were to be installed within the Meridian Centre hence did not need to be of hard wood. The centre provided the funds to buy the wood and Stewart and Terry set to deciding on the plan of construction. The choice of design chosen was not an easy one but looked very pleasing. After much effort and hard work with a little help from others in the shed the benches were complete. George carved and coloured the lettering and they were then handed over to Rob Fryer the centre manager.
